• You may cancel an online order at any time prior shipping.
• Your Air Machine is covered by 1-2 years warranty depending the model or extended warranty promotions. If there is an issue with your Excel Air Machine, then please review our warranty and send us an email at service@exceltiregauge.com or give us a call at (401) 732-8420.
• All parts, excluding hose and hose chucks, have one-year limited warranty. Excel Tire Gauge requires that the customer calls into our Technical Support Dept. to troubleshoot the problem first before shipping any parts back to us under warranty.
• After troubleshooting the problem and warranty is validated, our Technical Support Rep. will issue an RMA # (Return Authorization Code) for the part to be returned.
• Once the defective part has been received, a new or repaired part will be sent back free of charge via ground freight. Expedited freight is at an additional cost. Note: Freight cost is not included when shipping the defective part back.
• The product must return in the same condition in which it was delivered, that is: Seals intact from Excel Tire Gauge. Original packaging in perfect condition and complete with all manuals, accessories, cables and any other items that are part of the product. It is important to note that the product box must also be preserved in perfect condition, that is, the packaging must not be damaged or tampered with.
• Returns products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• The refund of the amount will be provided only after receiving and analyzing the conditions of the returned product.
• Excel Tire Gauge will have 10 days after receive the product to analyze and confirm if the customer is eligible for the refund or credit in our store.
